With over 25 years of experience in dentistry, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of clinical practice, organizational leadership, and the responsibilities that accompany professional accountability.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions in organized dentistry, participated in professional committees, and managed multiple dental practices.
These experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of sound governance, independent judgment, and collaborative decision-making.
I believe effective leadership requires the ability to listen, consider different perspectives, and make principled decisions.

Throughout my leadership experience, I have learned that differing perspectives need not prevent meaningful progress.
During my presidency of the North Indian Medical and Dental Association of Canada, I helped navigate differing views regarding the organization’s future direction.
Through open dialogue, careful listening, and a willingness to explore common ground, we developed a collaborative approach that respected the organization’s founding principles while allowing it to evolve.
I believe the ability to build consensus while maintaining independent judgment is essential to effective governance.
